Contributions

I'm a very active contributor to various open source projects. You can see my current contributions on my GitHub profile. Most of the time I contribute to security-related projects especially Secure Shell (SSH) projects. This is mostly because of my ConnectBot experience. I also wrote Conscrypt when I was working on Android at Google; it's now the default cryptography library on billions of devices!

Historical contributions

Before the dawn of Git and GitHub, I had to manually track my early open source contributions from the 1990's and 2000's. Most of these links are from before GitHub became the central hub for open source development.

I started contributing where I could in the 1990's with SourceForge. Contributing to a project was still a chore to find out what exactly was needed. When GitHub came around in 2008, things got much easier. You can see on my OpenHub statistics page that my contributions increased quite a bit by looking at the contribution graph.

This page is here to remind myself of various contributions I've made to open source projects in the beginning. Many of these links will eventually bit-rot.
